The Cancer is back.

Well it's back. Not the new's we wanted for our new year. So the breast cancer came back in my pelvic bone.

This site will now be for my updates and pictures for family & friends. I can't call everyone all the time due to my running to treatments and just for the fact I can't always talk about this here is my blog. I must be at all times positive about anything and everything.

Plus to put it right out there if I make jokes about this cancer and what I'm going through, well let's just say if you don't like it get over it! This is how handle it. I'm scared because I am fighting for my life. So jokes and laughter is how I deal with it. This cancer isn't going to go away. Let's face it, it is terminal. BUT....I'M FIGHTING THE GOOD FIGHT HERE! I WILL NOT STOP FIGHTING IT.

Please leave comments if you wish. Leave me jokes or whatever you want. POSITIVE comments....thank you.....

I love you all and just keep all of us in your prayers.

Love you all much....

Juli
&
Steve

Hey Juli - you are an inspiration. I'm going to forward your blog link to my buddies that I have done the 3-day walk with in the past. I love the pictures of your family. The picture of you and Steve is awesome!

I am here with you! I look at life very much like you do! When Ian had to wear an eye patch for lazy eye, we threw a "Pirate Party" and EVERYONE had to wear an eye patch :) When my Aunt had her double mastectomy last year for her breast cancer, we had a "Bon Voyage" party for her breasts being removed ;) I know some people would think we are crazy or callous but you have to take whatever GOOD is left in your day and cling to it! I will be praying for you, fighting with you and storming the gates of heaven with you...and I am up for a good joke too....won't post it here but will e-mail you ;) LOL Roll up your sleeves ang meet it head on! Love you! Call me, Candy

I really don't know what to say Julie...after everything that I just went through I feel like an idiot. Here I didn't want to be here on earth because of my depression and all, and here we are with my dear friend fighting another bought of cancer. I love you Julie "Dickey" Palmer more than you'll ever realize. We have know each other for a very long time and thank God for St. Stan's bringing us back together. You are a great lady and friend and mom. We will all fight this with you and pray for you everyday and light candles at church, whatever it takes from God above to hear us we will do. No jokes from me on here either, I can't even stop crying while I am typing this. God give Julie and her family the strength to fight this battle of cancer, let it go and pass through like a visitor. Let her be with us on this Earth you have created for as long as we are still alive, she is still so young and we are not ready for her to lose this battle. Give her husband and children the strength to be ok with what is happening again and let them know you will guide them as you always do. Amen.
I love you Jules!!!!! Kelly

A man owned a small farm in Indiana .

The Indiana State Wage & Hour Department claimed he was not paying
proper wages to his help and sent an agent out to interview him.

"I need a list of your employees and how much you pay them,"
Demanded the agent.

" Well," replied the farmer, "there's my farm hand who's been with me
for 3 years. I pay him $200 a week plus free room and board.

The cook has been here for 18 months, and I pay her $150 per week plus
free room and board.

Then there's the half-wit who works about 18 hours every day and does
about 90% of all the work around here. He makes about $10 per week,
pays his own room and board, and I buy him a bottle of bourbon every
Saturday night. He also sleeps with my wife occasionally."

"That's the guy I want to talk to --- the half-wit," says the agent.

"That would be me," replied the farmer.
Old, but funny.
Love, Aunt Dorothy

Hey Jules. Keep up the fight. Remember these words from the late Jim Valvano the former college basketball coach from North Carolina State University.

"Cancer can take away all my physical abilities. It cannot touch my mind, it cannot touch my heart and it cannot touch my soul. And those three things are going to carry on forever."

A woman gets on a bus with her baby. The bus driver says: "That's the ugliest baby that I've ever seen. Ugh!" The woman goes to the rear of the bus and sits down, fuming. She says to a man next to her: "The driver just insulted me!" The man says: "You go right up there and tell him off – go ahead, I'll hold your monkey for you.

Mamma Palmer, you are such a strong woman! Hell, you know I would NEVER want to make you mad in fear of getting my butt kicked! :) I know your gonna win this fight! You got the toughest gloves around! Your an inspiration to so many people, your strength and happiness influences everyone you touch! I'll be praying for you along your path to victory!
